Online Refills for Moye's McDonough

In a continuing effort to serve our customers, Moye's Pharmacy provides two convenient ways to refill your prescription.

• Option 1: Download, fill out, and fax the refill form to the appropriate store location where you plan to pick up your prescription. Fax numbers for each store are listed on the form. If you feel there may be a question as to the number of refills you have it is always best to call and confirm that there isn't a problem with your order prior to picking up your refill.

• Option 2: Complete the online refill form below. If you have a question such as the number of refills remaining, it is always best to call and confirm that there isn't a problem with your order prior to picking up your refill. Email refill orders will be checked daily Monday through Saturday at 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
